Three Simple Steps to a Professional Online Presence

Choose the package that best fits your business goals—whether it’s a foundational Design & Branding suite or our full Development & Features powerhouse. Once you’ve selected your plan and completed your payment, you’re officially on the calendar. We use CRM software to manage all of our projects. You will be able to track the status of your project as well as communicate with our design team.
2. Share Your Vision
After checkout, you’ll be prompted to fill out a brief design form. This is where you tell us about your "vibe," your target audience, and your specific needs so we can build a site that truly represents your brand.
3. Design & Refine
Our team gets to work building your custom site on Squarespace. You will receive a draft for review and have two rounds of revisions to ensure every detail is perfect.
4. Launch & Ownership
Once the final design is approved, we transfer the site directly to your Squarespace account. You’ll receive all login information and full ownership, putting you in complete control of your new digital home.

Most projects are completed within 3 to 5 weeks depending on the package selected and client volume. Once we receive your design form, we begin the development phase immediately to ensure a timely launch. We offer a expedited website build (1 Week from payment) for an additional cost of $2,100 which is billed separately.

Yes. We build our sites using Squarespace’s CMS (Content Management System), which allows you to easily edit text, swap images, and manage your blog without needing to write any code.

If you choose the Optimization & Launch package, we handle the domain procurement for you. If you already own a domain, we can assist in connecting it to your new Squarespace site during the launch phase. You will be responsible for the annual cost of domain hosting after the first year.

Our process includes two comprehensive rounds of revisions to ensure the design aligns with your vision. Any additional revisions beyond these two rounds may be subject to an hourly design fee of $135.

Absolutely. Every site we design features responsive layouts, ensuring your brand looks professional whether it's being viewed on a desktop, tablet, or smartphone.

Basic SEO setup is included in the Optimization & Launch and Development & Features packages to help search engines index your site correctly. We also offer a SEO add-on for our basic website package.

Once the second revision is approved, we transfer the Squarespace ownership and all login credentials to your name. You will have 100% ownership and control over your website moving forward.

While our site are built so you can manage it on your own with minimal effort, we do offer a monthly service at $125 per month. We are a small business so we only take on a certain number of clients per month

We can design additional web pages at your request. All pages will be designed at a rate of $135 per hour.

Terms & Service Summary
Scope of Work: Services are strictly limited to the features outlined in the selected Design, Optimization, or Development package.
Page Limits: Design & Branding services cover up to 4 pages , while Optimization and Development packages cover up to 8 pages.
Revision Policy: Each project includes exactly two rounds of revisions; any further modifications requested after the second round will incur additional hourly fees.
Content Responsibility: Clients are responsible for providing all specific website copy, high-resolution imagery, and branding assets unless otherwise specified in the "Development & Features" package.
Ownership Transfer: Full site ownership and login credentials will be transferred to the client only upon final approval of the second revision and receipt of full payment.
Third-Party Fees: The client is responsible for all ongoing Squarespace subscription fees, third-party plugin costs, and domain renewal fees following the initial procurement period.
Portfolio & Advertising Rights: Shield Line Consulting reserves the right to showcase the final website design, logo, and branding assets in our professional portfolio, social media, and marketing materials as examples of our work.
Final Sale Policy: Due to the custom, labor-intensive nature of digital design and development services, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once work has commenced on your project.
Approval as Finality: Upon the approval of the second revision and the subsequent transfer of site ownership, the project is considered complete and closed
