  • Are your consultants licensed security installers?

    No. We do not perform licensed electrical or low-voltage wiring. We specialize in consultation, planning, and consumer-grade smart device setup. For licensed installation needs, we can coordinate with qualified contractors (Coming Soon)

  • I rent an apartment — can I still use your services?

    Absolutely. We offer virtual or in-person consultations tailored for renters, with removable, non-invasive smart security solutions that can travel with you when you move.

  • What’s included in a virtual consultation?

    A walkthrough via video call, personalized recommendations, a written plan, and Q&A time — all without needing us on-site.

  • How much does it cost?

    Packages start at $99 for virtual sessions. In-person and premium services vary based on property size and scope. Visit our Services page for full details.

  • Why should I offer your services to my homebuyers?

    Security is a top priority for modern buyers. Our consultations help your builds stand out with pre-wired smart home readiness, boosting value and appeal without adding work for your crew.

  • When should we schedule a pre-wire consultation for builders?

    Ideally during the planning stage — this gives you flexibility in device placement and reduces post-construction costs and allows your subcontractors to install the proper lines.

  • Do you sell smart devices directly?

    Yes. At your request, we can source devices for your project at retail price — no markup. Devices must be paid for in full before they’re ordered.

  • What’s your cancellation policy?

    We require 24-hour notice to cancel. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will result in loss of deposit unless rescheduled. If a client cancels and equipment was purchased, a 25% re-stock fee will be incurred. If the item(s) can’t be returned there will be no refund for purchased products.

  • Can I opt out of having my photos or property featured in advertising?

    Yes. By default, we may use non-identifiable media for marketing. You can purchase exclusive rights to your media for a one-time fee of $1,000.
